High above the bustle, 75,000 busy Buckfast bees have been hard at work on the rooftop of St Ermin’s Hotel. An advocate of the ‘Field to Fork’ movement whereby fresh, local produce is sourced year round, their newly opened restaurant, Caxton Grill, is celebrating the hotel’s honey initiative by offering a special honey-inspired menu until the end of September. The three-course menu puts honey at the centre of each dish and is complemented with a flight of carefully selected wines.
