Whichever you prefer, Sam Galsworthy, co-founder of Sipsmith, will assist in perfecting your technique at a Martini Masterclass at The Mount Street Deli next Tuesday evening. Distilling artisanal vodka and gin from their hand-made copper-pot still ‘Prudence‘ since 2009, bottles of Sipsmith spirit have increasingly found their way onto the shelves of many of London’s top mixologists and barmen.
